The client sought expert guidance to transition their existing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environment to the latest Oracle Redwood UX.

The objective was to modernise their global HR system while ensuring business continuity, alignment with existing configurations, and readiness for future Oracle innovations.

Our role was to provide strategic direction, structured planning and hands-on execution of the Redwood transition — while enabling the client's internal team to confidently manage ongoing enhancements and maintenance.

01. Redwood Transition Strategy

Designed a structured transition approach aligned with the client's existing Fusion architecture and business objectives, defining a clear roadmap, timelines, milestones and risk considerations to ensure controlled adoption.

02. Project Planning & Governance

Provided advisory input to optimise planning, establish governance and create a structured framework for a seamless Redwood UX transformation, ensuring all stakeholders were aligned throughout.

03. End-to-End Execution

Led the transition from planning through deployment including UI impact assessments, technical inventory review, configuration updates, testing and validation, and issue resolution and deployment support.

04. Internal Team Enablement

Trained the client's internal team to independently manage Redwood activities and future maintenance with minimal reliance on external support.
