Help Desk agents can personalise their Requests listing by adding columns to view key details like queue name and requestor without drilling into each request.

Step 1: Click the Actions menu and select Manage Columns.

 

Step 2: Choose the columns you need and click Apply.

 

The selected columns are now visible on your Requests listing.
