Oracle Intelligent Advisor interviews can be connected directly to Oracle HCM Cloud, pulling employee data into the interview automatically, eliminating duplicate data entry and ensuring accuracy. Employees can submit their interview responses directly to HR teams without leaving Oracle, creating a seamless experience from guidance to action.
Oracle Intelligent Advisor interviews can be deployed in multiple ways: designed in the Oracle Redwood theme for a consistent look and feel with Oracle HCM Cloud, embedded directly as standalone desktop or mobile applications, or delivered as chatbot conversations through Oracle Digital Assistant.
Oracle Intelligent Advisor provides analytics including average interview duration, time spent on each page and where employees tend to exit. This helps organisations identify where interviews can be improved and where new interviews may be needed.
Oracle Intelligent Advisor removes manual HR policy guidance, giving employees accurate, personalised answers based on their specific circumstances, without relying on HR teams for every query. Beyond HR, Oracle Intelligent Advisor is equally applicable to Finance, Procurement and other business functions.
