By default, Oracle Redwood HCM pages display only the worker name in the page header of transaction pages such as Promote, Transfer and Document Records. You can choose to show the following additional employee information through configuration using Oracle Visual Builder Studio — making it easier for HR teams to confirm they are working on the correct employee record without navigating away from the transaction.

  • Person Number
  • Business Title
  • Work Email
  • Assignment Number
  • Job Name
  • Position Name
  • Position Code

Oracle Redwood HCM pages support four configurable header slots — Person Header Slot 1, 2, 3 and 4. Each slot can display one of the above additional pieces of information about the worker. For example, Person Number and Business Title are displayed in the Edit Pending Worker page header.

How to Configure Person Header Slots

  1. Open the relevant HCM page in Visual Builder Studio
  2. Navigate to Page Properties
  3. Locate Person Header Slot 1, Person Header Slot 2, Person Header Slot 3 and Person Header Slot 4
  4. Set each slot to your preferred value from the options listed above
  5. Save and publish your changes
